Reading the News paper this morning, and being a big fan, as many of you are im sure, of the BBC show, Top Gear, there was an article about Jeremy taking the mick of Germans and the war, when i watched i remember laughing, i don’t see what is so bad about it. I can maybe see how some people may get annoyed about it, but so much as to write to the BBC and actually have the audacity to complain about really a harmless joke.

What are you going to get out of complaining? really; what? Jeremy to get the sack, well maybe, but then ‘ the point in that, you wouldn’t want to tell anyone you wrote and complained and were part of the  re-movement of the petrol head fanatic; because to be frank, we’ll all be after you!

So if you can tell me a reason why you would want to actually complain and what the benefits are, please to tell me – I will be fascinated to know!

The war, i major part of many countries; in fact the worlds history, but what harm is there in having the odd joke. A very funny episode of Top Gear that stays in my mind; is the competition of two ‘Top Gear’s’ one in England, is: the best one! And yes…you’ve guessed it, the Top Gear version in Germany.

If these presenters was to ‘offend’ us, as in the English in one of their shows, regarding the war, well i personally can honestly say i would give a twoddle!

No; of course i wasn’t part of the war, but it was history, we all joke about the past, so why not larger events; irrespective of if it involved pretty much the whole world!

So, Jeremy, what are we going to do with you?

I am sitting in my kitchen in front of the television approx. and hour ago after Sky News has announced that Michael Jackson has dies from a heart attach.

Facebook is forever being updated with all my friends statuses and my twitter page too. Shocking many.

It amazes me how new such as this can spread so quickly across the world. Whether you loved the man or hated him he was an amazing singer and dancer. You may not have liked his life’s stores outside his voice, but i personally am upset to hear of the death of this amazing singer.

I thought i would ‘blog’ this, because it is an amazing moment in my life and in yours, it will be the story our children will want to hear. Like John Lennon or Princess Diana.

The continuos conversation of this news is a kind of reassurance response, along with the never ending witty comments using the lyrics of his songs made into many funny jokes. What would we do without facebook.

Similar to you i am sure you will be watching the News channels as much as i will be. We all believe this devastating news, but as weird as it sounds, deep down – we all know that we wont be able to believe it until an advocate announces it from the hospital.

For an amazing life, dancing skills, singing talent and his general career.

I’m sure you have heard of the Ferrero Rocher challenge, made famous by Britain’s Got Talent this year. Where the world record for the highest number of these delightful chocolate to be consumed in one minute was a merely 7.

I’m sure you must think stuffing your face with extremely rich and nut filled chocolates, may sound – Some what repulsive, to others, it may sound quite heavenly.

However like myself, we all thought that seven was rather a poor attempt, and that it would be extremely easy to beat.

This launched the beginning of the challenge as many of us around the world undertook such a challenge, only to find that it was a lot harder than we may have originally thought.

I for one, only managed four. A number not please to admit too, but the fact that I can say I have literally stuffed my face with Ferrero Rocher’s till my heart is content is not as much something I am embarrassed about!

This same view was also taken by me again, and several of m friends when i told them that i was to undertake this yet another chocolate oriented challenge!

This time the record was to eat 5 in one minute.

After a magnificent thunderstorm, It was me and my dad who went and brought a box of ‘original Jaffa Cakes’!

So I sat up at the breakfast bar, got up the stop watch on my computer, pressed go; and I was off!…

I only wished i could watch myself back eating them, not a pleasant sight I’m sure!

I managed to do 5, which being my first time, i don’t really think is that bad, also keeping in mind that the actual record is 5!

But I’m not saying it was easy, but – maybe, with some practice of mastering the art of eating Jaffa Cakes – I do believe it can be beaten.

But, why don’t you give it ago, I’m sure you can do better than me!

Any way; enjoy your Jaffa Cake feast.

As written on the home page, i like to set my self a goal, and in this example it is to get my exams over, and break up for a wonderful long summer holiday. Hopefully with the similar weather; as this week! Sitting out in  the garden, with my swimming trunks on, a pair of sunglasses – a glass of champagne in my hand, my toes beating to the beat of a good song, and the heat of the British sun – couldn’t be beaten!

I for one am looking forward to that, to just have the time to sit back and enjoy life. It’s been a busy year for me and, especially in the economical climate that we are in, im sure you need a rest, well make this summer be your rest, for the time you do get off, make the most of it.

I will be, so why don’t you.

The question i am being asked a lot recently, from my friends is, have you got your cloths yet, well for those who don’t know – their talking about Tom Martin Style, a project that has just grown faster than i could have imagined, i really didnt think i would end up making my own cloths, but yeah…they are coming, i have just been messed up recently, so i do apologies for the delay, and this summer – they will be here, ready to enjoy the summer sun with you!

Hope people at school have had a good half term.
